Workforce diversity is a very interesting topic to be discussed. Nowadays we have many problems with the employers who don't want to hire people under 25 or 30 and over 55. The changes should be done in our minds first.
Employing multicultural teams is becoming more common nowadays due to the broken borders and global transformations. Taking into account all cultural diversities of different nations there should be created 'global etiquette' to avoid misunderstandings.
